  Poor service. Not my first poor experience at this location. Lack customer appreciation. Very slow kitchen response time. Won't make the mistake of bringing my business back here. Truly believe lack of downtown eating options is what keeps this place running.

  I eat lunch here during the work week. It's a nice quiet place for lunch. The servers are efficient, in case you have limited time, but they don't rush you out if you want to sit and chat. The food is good. I tend to eat standbys - either pulled pork sandwich, or gumbo and salad.

  Poor service. The wait staff forgot my order and when asked they made up an excuse about the kitchen needing extra time to make my dish. However, the table next to use got its food and they were sat down after us. After another twenty minutes of waiting the wait staff informed me that my meal would be another 30 minutes because they had a catering order and they used my food for it. They said it would be free, but I told them not to bother. Mind you my wife and son still had not gotten their food but they expected me to pay for that as well. Anyway what they got looked good and they liked it. The cornbread was good as well. Just wish the wait staff had not lied to me, wish the kitchen was better managed, and I feel like we should have gotten a discount on the two meals that took about an hour to come out.
