  Absolute idiots! I stopped going here a long time ago because they never ONCE have taken my order and given me a cup of coffee with what I asked for in it... Not ONCE! Today I had to stop at this one and the only reason I am writing this review is because when I pulled up to the window I specifically asked if my turbo shot was in the coffee to which i received the rudest "uh yeah.. of course" as she snatched my card from my hand... then shoved the coffee back at me... With no credit card receipt... And OF COURSE no freaking turbo shot! My order isn't complex... Coffee, cream, turbo and go! Seems to be brain surgery for this place.

  I asked for a caramel cappuccino and they gave me coffee instead, I asked for a bacon wake me up and I did not even get a piece of bacon in it. I understand they are trying to move the line but they also need to concentrate on the orders. there all ugly too so it's like crazy to even go up and tell them they got it wrong. besides I mean who wants to eat looking at that. sheesh.

  I agree with everyone that has a complaint about this D&D location. They are ALWAYS rushing and messing up on my orders and the staff 90% of the time has an attitude!!!!

  This am, your female worker at the window, just let the food drop to the ground. The female police officer picked up the food , said nothing and left. Check your video 3/30 am. Really--really poor work ethics. Fire her!! Or educate her. She needs to say sorry. Facebook knows!! Sandra
