  The girl who took my order was just rude. It was one of those things you walk up to the counter and she looks at you and doesn't say anything like you're supposed to know that she's waiting to take your order, and after i say coffee she walks away without taking the complete order to make the coffee and then comes back. then doesn't say how much it is, just stretches her had out like your supposed to know you have to hand over your money. If i wasn't in a rush to get something to eat i would have walked out. If you don''t like your job, find another. The person preparing the food was good.

  Have my coffee here every day. Also, this location on Central Row in Hartford has to be one of the most efficient DD's I have ever been in. I have been here where the line is 30+ people long and they get through it faster than most locations get through 5 people. All of the staff are very friendly. All DD locations should work like this one does!
